Rahul Chaudhary brings over 20 years' experience to his role leading Corporate Affairs at True Habitat, with responsibility for the institutional relationships, regulatory engagements and governance frameworks that support the company's development and business operations.
His role spans regulatory and statutory liaison, institutional and stakeholder relations, compliance, and governance. He works closely with authorities, partners and internal teams to maintain regulatory alignment and establish the institutional foundations projects need to progress with clarity and confidence.
For him, corporate affairs in real estate is about enabling execution—bringing together the right stakeholders, anticipating requirements, navigating processes with diligence, and ensuring commitments are backed by sound governance. His expertise spans identifying market opportunities, strategic project planning, development management, and execution, grounded in a clear understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and the role of location, accessibility, and tenant mix in creating sustainable commercial destinations.
